About Us
Wags to Whiskers Pet Care is run by Melanie Marcus who decided to leave the corporate world in search of a more fulfilling job. Melanie has owned and loved animals since she was a little girl and now with small children of her own, she has introduced the love of animals to them. During any spare time Melanie volunteers at shelters. In addition, her and her family volunteer in rehoming unwanted and displaced pets, nurturing them until they are ready to re-enter a loving and permanent home.
Wags to Whiskers Pet Care offers a list of services not only for your pet but also for your home if needed.
Pet services include:
- Feeding
- Walks
- Brushing
- Administration of medicine (oral only)
- Litter box cleaning
- Vet appointments
Home services include:
- Watering plants
- Bringing in newspapers/mail
- Turning on/alternating lights (acts as a home deterrent)
- Opening/closing blinds
- Carrying trash in/out
